Evidence, A Dance Company will host its 9th Annual "On Our Toes"… In The Hamptons Summer Benefit -- one of the premier cultural events of the Hamptons social season -- on Saturday, August 18, 2012, from 4 pm to 8 pm at the Hayground School in Bridgehampton. The contemporary dance company's mission is to promote understanding of the African Diaspora through music, movement and spoken word.

At Saturday night's 12th annual Midsummer Night Drinks hundreds of friends and supporters gathered at Woodhouse Park, the stunning East Hampton home of Tony Ingrao and Randy Kemper, for a wonderful evening of fun, food and cocktails, all benefiting God's Love We Deliver. This signature event supports one of New York City's most beloved charities, the only organization of its kind that cooks and home delivers nutritious meals to clients living with severe illnesses, their children and senior caregivers.

Rebecca Allan, widely known for her vibrant and lyrical abstract paintings inspired by the watershed landscape, revisits her relationship to figurative work in Kindred: Portraits of Couples in the Arts, an upcoming solo exhibition of paintings and drawings, today, June 12 through June 30, 2012, at 2/20 Gallery in Chelsea. The Astaire Awards are the only awards show to honor excellence in dance and choreography on Broadway and in film and were first started in 1982 by the late Fred Astaire and the late Douglas Watt (a critic and writer for the NY Daily News and The New Yorker). As part of its Jazz & Popular Song series, directed by five-time Grammy Award-nominated singer and pianist Michael Feinstein, Jazz at Lincoln Center will present Cy Coleman: Bringing Jazz to Broadway on Tuesday, May 15 and Wednesday May 16 at 7:30pm.
