The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra announces a new location for its 2016- 2017 CSO Chamber Players series. The four-concert series will take place at Christ Church Cathedral, Fourth and Sycamore, downtown Cincinnati. Seating will be configured in the venue to allow for up-close intimate chamber concert experiences. The CSO Chamber Players series offers a more intimate space for audiences to experience the individual and collaborative artistry of CSO musicians up-close. This season the CSO Chamber Players will present concerts on Nov. 11, 2016, Jan. 6, 2017, Feb. 3, 2017, and May 12, 2017.

Broadway'sFinding Neverland, the magical story of how Peter became Pan, has forever departed the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre (205 46th Street, between Broadway and 8th Avenue), sailing off for a First National U.S. Tour and forthcoming 2017 West End production. Finding Neverland opened on Broadway on April 15, 2015 and played 33 previews and 565 performances.
After 33 previews and 565 performances, the Broadway production of Finding Neverland takes its final trip to Neverland today. Original cast member, Jonathan Ritter, who has been with the production since its out-of-town tryout at the American Repertory Theater, posted a goodbye video on YouTube for fans of the show. The two actors star as Marley and Scrooge, respectively, in the company's adaptation of A Christmas Carol, which was a Critic's Choice in the L.A. Times and will be reprised this December under the direction of Brian McDonald. The season also features the third play in Arlene Hutton's celebrated Nibroc Trilogy, Gulf View Drive, helmed by London-based director Katharine Farmer; Miche Braden reprising her Off-Broadway performance in The Life and Blues of Bessie Smith written by Angelo Parra and directed by Joe Brancato of Penguin Rep; the return of the most popular comedy in Rubicon history, A.R. Gurney's Sylvia, directed by Stephanie A. Coltrin; direct from Off-Broadway, The Other Mozart written by and starring Silvia Milo and directed by Isaac Byrne, about Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's equally remarkable sister Nannerl; Someone Who'll Watch Over Me, Frank McGuinness' riveting tale based on a true story about three hostages held in Beirut in1986, directed by Katharine Farmer; and King Lear by William Shakespeare, directed by James O'Neil.
