Presented are World Premieres by Larry Keigwin and Adam Barruch. Barruch's work will have a newly composed score by Roarke Menzies. Larry Keigwin is a native New Yorker and choreographer who has danced his way from the Metropolitan Opera to Broadway and back. He founded KEIGWIN + COMPANY in 2003 and as artistic director, he has led the company as it has performed at The Kennedy Center, The Joyce Theater, The Guggenheim, and New York City Center, among many other venues. Adam Barruch currently creates and performs work under the epithet of his own company, Anatomiae Occultii. In addition, he has also created works for companies such as The Limón Company, Ailey II, Keigwin + Company, Ririe-Woodbury Dance Company, River North Dance Chicago, BalletX, Whim W'Him Seattle Contemporary Dance, Graham II, GroundWorks Dance Theater, Gina Gibney Dance Company and Minnesota Dance Theatre, as well as for dance icons Margie Gillis and Miki Orihara.

Nicki Bluhm, stepping out on her own with her new album, TO RISE YOU GOTTA FALL, has announced fall US tour dates; Gill Landry will support. Bluhm wrote the life-chronicling songs for TO RISE YOU GOTTA FALL over a tumultuous two-year period during which she got divorced and moved from the Bay Area to Nashville. The album, recorded with producer Matt Ross-Spang at the legendary Sam Phillips Recording studio in Memphis, TN, is a chronicle of her state of mind following these deep and fundamental life changes. Recent high-profile collaborations with Phil Lesh, The Infamous Stringdusters and Ryan Adams helped to pave the way for her musical recovery, and discovery.

HOT WINTER follows five humans as they struggle to understand one another, unifying in difference and falling apart in sameness. The performers occupy a world between the real and unreal, moving through confusion, violence, and shifting gravities to find communication through touch and mutually decided blindness. HOT WINTER is a surrealistic look at the performers' collective universe, each of their own worlds vibrating alone within it.
