During the third and final day of BroadwayCon, the founders of BroadwayHD united for 'An Artist's Perspective of Stage to Screen.' The founders, Stewart F. Lane and Bonnie Comley, along with Ellie Heyman, Max Vernon and Leah Lan, gave a panel and attended the reception for the event and BroadwayWorld was there. Check out the photos below!

Arriving just in time for the holiday season, BroadwayHD, in partnership with Guggenheim Entertainment, will debut a dazzling and fun performance of The MeshugaNutcracker! This full-length musical comedy features the wonderfully silly sensibilities of the folklore of Chelm (the fictional town of fools) underscored by an invigorating, Klezmer-ized orchestration of Tchaikovsky's 'Nutcracker Suite', now with original lyrics that celebrate Chanukah.  

BroadwayHD, the premier streaming service for live theater productions, is expanding its library to include the most comprehensive library of Cirque du Soleil titles available for streaming. The company today announces that it will offer a collection of 10 titles – eight live productions and two original documentaries - based on the avant-garde entertainment company's most successful live events to date. The collection will debut on the platform June 7.

As previously announced, the critically-acclaimed Roundabout Theatre Company production of She Loves Me comes to THIRTEEN's Great Performances, Friday, October 20 at 9 p.m. (check local listings) as the opening presentation of PBS's fall Broadway's best lineup.

In November 2016, Sam Shepard's Pulitzer-Prize winning play Buried Child debuted on THIRTEEN's Theater Close-Upseries.  In tribute to Shepard, who passed away last week at age 73, THIRTEEN is presenting a special encore presentation ofBuried Child airing in New York Friday, August 4 at 9 p.m. ET on THIRTEEN. Actress Blythe Danner hosts the broadcast.  Director Scott Elliott's acclaimed production by The New Group is available to stream online now for those within the New York metro area. 

Can't travel to New York? No problem! BroadwayHD has just announced it will record tonight's performance of PRESENT LAUGHTER, starring Academy Award and two-time Tony Award winner Kevin Kline in his triumphant return to Broadway, for on-demand viewing on BroadwayHD.com later this year.

Theater Close-Up, the unique collaboration between THIRTEEN and the large community of New York City area non-profit Off-Broadway theaters, will present Sam Shepard's Pulitzer Prize-winning play Buried Child in Scott Elliott's acclaimed production from The New Group, Monday, November 28 at 9 p.m. on THIRTEEN, with an encore presentation on Friday, December 2 at 3:30 a.m. The play will also air Sunday, December 18 at 10 p.m. on WLIW21. Actress Blythe Danner hosts the broadcast.

Following The New Group's BURIED CHILD live stream this past Wednesday, BroadwayHD will present Signature Theatre's special return engagement of OLD HATS, created and performed by Bill Irwin and David Shiner, with music and lyrics by and featuring Shaina Taub, and directed by Tina Landau, this Saturday, April 2, at 8:00 PM EDT.
