After their resoundingly successful inaugural production of the cult favorite Triassic Parq in 2015, CIRCLE THEATRE is ecstatic to announce its complete cast of their highly-anticipated remount of the show.

On Sunday, April 30th, 2017, The Queensborough Theatre Project will continue its adventurous inaugural season with KABARETT WEIMAR, a one-night-only immersive theatrical concert experience that recreates the divine decadence of Weimar-era German cabaret, featuring songs from the musicals 'Cabaret' and 'The Threepenny Opera.'

On Sunday, December 4th, the brand new Queens-based theatre company, The Queensborough Theatre Project, will premiere the first production of their inaugural season, CHARLES DICKENS' A CHRISTMAS CAROL.

CIRCLE THEATRE kicks into high gear as the veteran company forges into its 31st season, History Makers. Risk Takers. Rule Breakers., with a historical chamber musical, a tantalizing play and a fan-favorite that put them back on the map last fall. 

The Off-Broadway cult-classic musical, Triassic Parq, has it's Chicago Premiere with CIRCLE THEATRE, co-directed by Tommy Bullington and Nicholas Reinhart, and music directed by Justin Harner.  CIRCLE THEATRE has announced the full cast and creative team for it's Midwest-premiere production of the hit off-Broadway musical, Triassic Parq! The production will run Friday, September 17th through Sunday, October 4th at the Heartland Studios in Rogers Park, 7016 North Glenwood Ave. Further information on performance dates and times will be posted at www.circletheatrechicago.org/current-season.html.

As I sat shaking my head in disbelief of what I was seeing and hearing on the Blank Canvas Theatre stage, those around me were howling with uncontrollable laughter. What I was seeing was ridiculous, unbelievable, and basically poorly performed. I'm not sure what was making my audience-mates laugh so hard, but I heard one of the young ladies behind me confide that she had just wet her pants and then I got sprayed by a shower of beer that came forth from her companion's nose as he exploded in laughter.

CIRCLE THEATRE has announced a new artistic team as it prepares to launch into its first full season in over a year. Circle Theatre began in Oak Park, IL back in 1985 by Karen Skinner, Wayne Buidens and Joseph Bass, where it produced multiple world premieres and earned over 40 Joseph Jefferson Awards in its 28-year residency. After officially transitioning to the city proper in 2013 with the remount of its Jeff Award-winning When the Rain Stops Falling (director: John Gawlik), Circle Theatre produced two more musicals (Death Takes a Holiday and Edges) before taking a break from producing to re-group as an artistic ensemble.

This will take place at the actual site of the Little Red Lighthouse, located at the foot of the George Washington Bridge in Upper Manhattan.
