The Douglas J. Cohen musical THE GIG, was commercially released on CD on August 12 through Jay Records. On August 18 at 6:00pm, there was a CD launch at Barnes & Noble on West 66th Street. The cast was there to perform and sign CDs following a panel discussion with Frank Gilroy, Sheldon Harnick, Douglas J. Cohen and moderated by Peter Filichia.
This Thursday, July 17, 2008 the entire Fantasticks audience will be invited to join the cast and creators of the show for dinner and drinks at a party celebrating the return of the world's longest-running musical.
