Cabaret Legend Marilyn Maye Comes to Feinstein's at the Nikko This Weekend

Hotel Nikko San Francisco and Michael Feinstein will welcome award-winning, Grammy-nominated cabaret legend Marilyn Maye to Feinstein's at the Nikko for two performances only - tonight, May 15 (8 p.m.) and Saturday, May 16 (7 p.m.). Maye will present an evening of American Songbook standards.

Megan Hilty Returning to Cafe Carlyle Next Month

Having garnered acclaim for performances on stage and screen, Megan Hilty makes her return to Cafe Carlyle in a two-week engagement, May 19-30. In Songs For My Daughter, Hilty will perform the classics that shaped her childhood and which she'll pass on to her recently-born daughter. Of her previous engagement at the Cafe, Stephen Holden of The New York Times exclaimed, 'Ms. Hilty projected the attitude of a frisky, fun-loving gal... she reveled in the pleasure of as big and loud a sound as she could muster.' Hilty will be joined by Music Director Matt Cusson on piano, Brian Gallagher on guitar, Ryan Hoagland on percussion and Dennis Keefe on bass.

Patti LuPone to Bring FAR AWAY PLACES to Schimmel Center

For one night only on Saturday, May 9 at 7:30pm, Broadway legend Patti LuPone will perform in her critically-acclaimed concert, Far Away Places, conceived and directed by Scott Wittman with musical arrangements by Joseph Thalken at Pace University's Schimmel Center. She takes us on a musical journey with thrilling renditions of songs by an eclectic list of songwriters, including Stephen Sondheim, Cole Porter, Willie Nelson, Kurt Weill, Edith Piaf, Frederick Hollander, and, even The BeeGees.

Judy Collins' unique artistry has captivated audiences for over fifty years and landed her a spot in the Grammy Hall of Fame. An Emmy Award-winning actress and singer, Ms. Bergen's career spanned more than six decades in films, TV, Broadway musicals and concerts. She passed away from natural causes September 20 at age 84. A Tribute to Polly Bergen, produced by Rex Reed and Michael Alden with creative consultant Deborah Grace Winer, celebrated her life and career with a star studded lineup of participants. They included Christine Andreas, Harry Belafonte, Arlene Dahl, Raul Esparza, Michael Feinstein, Gregory Harrison, Judith Ivey, Chris Matthews, Phyllis Newman, Kelli O'Hara and cast members from the 2001 revival of Follies.
