The parties will start at 11:00PM. An entirely original experience has been conceived for these evenings, which will include bottomless libations, live music, surprise guests DJs, and specially-crafted entertainment. The evening will also feature, for guests who so desire, a 'Last Supper' dining experience by Chef R. L. King at The Heath, also inside the hotel. This meticulously-designed green space in the heart of Chelsea-steps away from the High Line-features an extensive cocktail and punch menu, vivid scenery, and seasonal small plates designed by Chef R.L. King. Daily service, beginning at 5:00 p.m., offers early guests an after-work or evening/weekend dinner & drinks setting which, as the evening progresses, takes on a more vibrant cocktail-nightlife atmosphere.
