The McKittrick Hotel (530 W 27th Street, New York, NY), home of Sleep No More, has announced the return of its recent sold-out Carnival des Corbeaux tonight, December 8th, which once again opens the doors of The McKittrick for a night of costumed revelry.

The party, which invites both guests of that evening’s performance of Sleep No More and those simply interested in attending the carnival, commences immediately following that evening’s show at approximately 10:15pm. Both December evenings will feature specially-created theatrical and music performances throughout several rooms of The McKittrick, as well as full open bar, live entertainment, and maybe even a surprise or two. Carnival des Corbeaux is being revived to benefit the Art Dealers Association of America Relief Fund, which in this case will help art galleries in the Chelsea neighborhood who were impacted by Hurricane Sandy (http://www.artdealers.org/sandyreliefresources.html).

Tickets for the Carnival des Corbeaux (available at http://sleepnomorenyc.com/tickets.htm) are $100 per night, or $205 if combined with a ticket to see Sleep No More that particular evening. Please note: Dress code, strictly enforced, is carnival-inspired or provocative attire, with an option for patrons not in costume to dress strictly in black. On both nights, the carnival entry times are as follows: 7:00pm for Sleep No More or 10:15pm for the Carnival only. (Those who choose to enter the Carnival at 12:00am or later can purchase $75 tickets.)

Punchdrunk's Sleep No More is an award-winning theatrical experience that tells Shakespeare’s classic tragedy Macbeth through a darkly cinematic lens. Audiences move freely through the epic world of the story at their own pace, choosing where to go and what to see, ensuring that everyone’s journey is different and unique.

The creative team features Felix Barrett (Direction and Design), Maxine Doyle (Direction and Choreography), Stephen Dobbie (Sound Design), Beatrice Minns (Design Associate), and Livi Vaughan (Design Associate).

Tickets are available via sleepnomorenyc.com or by calling (866) 811-4111. No one under sixteen will be permitted.

Entry times for Sleep No More (currently on sale through January 5, 2013) are as follows: Monday-Saturday at 7:00 p.m., 7:15 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 7:45 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. There are additional late performances on Fridays and Saturdays, with entry times at 11:00 p.m., 11:15 p.m., 11:30 p.m., 11:45 p.m. and midnight. Please note: there will be no late performances on Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29.
