BeBe Winans just presented the Broadway-bound musical BORN FOR THIS as a one-night-only concert at Feinstein's/54 Below (254 W. 54 St). Sharing the stage with Winans was director Charles Randolph-Wright (Motown), legendary Grammy and American Music Award winning recording artist Stephanie Mills, and members of the cast from last summer's pre-Broadway tryout in Boston including Maddie Shea Baldwin (Bright Star), Liisi LaFontaine(Dreamgirls), Loren Lott (Once on this Island), Donald Webber Jr. (Hamilton), Kirsten Wyatt (Annie), and Nita Whitaker (Ragtime). The evening introduced the BORN FOR THIS story and some of the original songs from the Broadway aimed musical, which also played regional engagements in Atlanta, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles.

Producer Mark Cortale has announced a star-studded lineup for the sixth season of his celebrated Broadway @ NOCCA concert series in New Orleans. Three of Broadway's biggest names will share the marquee with one of opera's premiere stars in 2018-19.

The sultry soul duo Tanya Holt and Robert H. Fowler celebrate the US release of their UK chart-hopping album 'Can We?' in a special one-night only engagement at The Green Room 42 at Yotel, 570 Tenth Avenue, 4th floor on Saturday October 20 at 9:30pm. While their project sheds multiple hits on various charts in the UK and internationally (three singles have earned Top 5 positions, including on the official UK Soul chart) Holt and Fowler, who both hail from New York (she's from Queens; he's from the Bronx), have just released the album here. According to album producer Dwayne C. Palmer - the singers' frequent collaborator and the honcho of the project's label, Lovebeams -- this is the kickoff of a live promotional tour for "Can We?" dates to be announced.

Legendary actor, director, singer & choreographer Maurice Hines is set to play The Triad (158 West 72nd Street) on Saturday 8/25 at 7pm. Hines is the brother of the late dancer Gregory Hines and best known for starring in Frances Ford Coppola's 'The Cotton Club', Broadway's 'Sophisticated Ladies,' 'Eubie' 'Jelly's Last Jam' & 'Uptown. Mark Cortale's premiere season of the Broadway @ Dreamland concert series is set to welcome one of Broadway's favorite, and fastest-rising leading ladies to Nantucket next month. Megan Hilty, breakout star of NBC TV's "Smash" and Broadway's "Wicked" and a Tony nominee for the recent Broadway production of "Noises Off", makes her Nantucket debut on Wednesday, August 8 at 7:30 PM.

Four of Broadway's most celebrated stars will join Mark Cortale's "Broadway @ The Art House" concert series this month in Provincetown. Judy Kuhn, Tony-nominated star of "Fun Home" and Broadway's original "Les Miz" and the voice of Disney's "Pocahontas" returns to P-Town on July 15 & 16 at 7:00 PM; Adam Pascal, star of the original Broadway cast of "Rent," as well as the film version lights up the Art House stage on July 17 at 6:00 PM; Christine Ebersole, the two-time Tony Award winning star of "Grey Gardens" and "War Paint" appears on July 19 & 20 at 6:00 PM; Will Swenson, Tony nominee for the revival of 'Hair' and most recently a star of the hit musical comedy "Disaster!," performs on July 28 & 29 at 7:00 PM. Sirius XM radio star Seth Rudetsky joins each performance as pianist and host.

Megan Hilty, breakout star of NBC TV's "Smash" and Broadway's "Wicked" and a Tony nominee for the recent Broadway production of "Noises Off", will join the series on Wednesday, August 8 at 7:30 PM. Seth Rudetsky, the Sirius XM radio star who the New York Times called "The Mayor of Broadway," joins both performances as pianist and host.
