Primary Stages (Casey Childs, Founder & Executive Producer; Andrew Leynse, Artistic Director; Elliot Fox, Managing Director) has announced casting and creative teams for the first two productions of their 30th Anniversary Season.

WikiMusical with a Book and Lyrics by Frank Ceruzzi & Blake J. Harris; Music by Trent Jeffords is being presented at the New York Musical Theatre Festival with performances at PTC Performance Space (Pearl Theatre Company), 555 West 42nd Street, NYC. Performances will be: Friday, July 18 at 8pm; Saturday, July 19 at 5pm; Sunday, July 20 at 8pm; Tuesday, July 22 at 5:00 pm; and Saturday, July 26 at 9pm. The multi-talented cast of 12 will perform a dozen musical numbers. They are: Brenda Braxton (Spam King), Jason C. Brown (Narrator/Morgan Freeman), Trey Harrington (Kurt), Michael Mahany (Adam Levine/Mark Zuckerberg), Noah Marlowe (Young Peter), Alison Novelli (Jacqui), Heather Jane Rolff (Mrs. Oglesby), Lucas Schultz (Young Kurt), Barry Shafrin (Mittens McMittens/Emoticon), Adam B. Shapiro (Santa/Jeeves), Perry Sherman (Peter), and Bob Walton (Mr. Oglesby).

This week, Jay Productions LTD released the original cast album of Jonathan Brielle's critically acclaimed musical 'Himself and Nora' about the tumultuous romance of famed writer James Joyce and his muse, lover and most ardent supporter, chambermaid Nora Barnacle. After it's success at the 2012 New York Musical Theatre Festival in July, 2012 at The Theater at St. Clements, Michael Bush's critically production was then presented last season at Hamilton Stage in Rahway, New Jersey.

The League of Professional Theatre Women (LPTW) is pleased to celebrate women working in theatre with four special events in the month of May. The events include the oral history of Tony-winning actress Bebe Neuwirth on May 5th, a benefit performance of Forever written and performed by award-winner Dael Orlandersmith on May 6th at HERE, May 8th is the second annual advocacy march through Times Square, and May 12th is a networking event on Theatre and Other Careers.

GREED: A Musical for Our Times will have its debut production by The Tank, Ltd from tonight, January 17 through February 5, 2014.

What do Jamie Dimon, Pope Francis, Lance Armstrong, Chico Marx, and A-Rod all have in common? They will be sharing the stage, nightly, starting January 18th on West 46th Street.

GREED: A Musical for Our Times will have its debut production by The Tank, Ltd from January 17 through February 5, 2014. With book, music, and lyrics by Michael Roberts, GREED's exploits range from the outrageous Ponzi scheme of 1910 to the subtle sales pitches of retirement planners and mortgage bundlers. With songs like "A Little Juice," "Inside Information," and "The Ballad of Jamie Dimon," GREED takes aim at the obvious, and not so obvious, targets.

Earlier this week, the cast of A CHRISTMAS STORY, THE MUSICAL went to the 'Good Morning America' studios where they taped a special medley featuring 'It All Comes Down To Christmas' and 'Somewhere Hovering Over Indiana.' Airing this Friday, December 20, the performance features Erin Dilly, Jake Lucas, Noah Baird and David Scott Purdy as The Parker Family with kids ensemble Charlie Babbo, Hannah Bautista, Beada Briglia, Judae'a Brown, Michael Crispi, Alexa Niziak, Luke Spring and Nicky Torchia. Baltimore, MD-December 2013. Center Stage announces casting for the upcoming Stones in His Pockets, by Marie Jones. Directed by Derek Goldman, rehearsals for this award-winning Irish comedy begin Monday, December 16. Preview performances will start January 15 and the production runs through February 23.

The producers of A Christmas Story, The Musical have announced the full cast for the production when it arrives at The Theater at Madison Square Garden for its December 11 - 29, 2013 engagement. Reprising their roles will be Dan Lauria (Lombardi, 'The Wonder Years,' 'Sullivan and Son') as Jean Shepherd, John Bolton (Spamalot, Contact, Titanic, 'Boardwalk Empire,' 'Gossip Girl') as the Old Man, Tony Award nominee Erin Dilly (Nice Work if You Can Get It, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang) as Mother and Caroline O'Connor (Chicago, Moulin Rouge) as school teacher Miss Shields. Eli Tokash (Mary Poppins) will play Ralphie at certain perforances, Noah Baird as little brother Randy, and Jake Lucas (Newsies, Far From Heaven), donning the famous spectacles will take on the lead role of Ralphie.

Douglas C. Evans, Producer (Frankenstein, TOMMY National Tour) announced today a reading of the new musical drama Wallenberg (www.WallenbergTheMusical.com) by industry invitation only on November 18thand 19th at the Clurman Theater.

Center Stage reintroduces their Community Classes this season with The Audition Room, a course on the art of acting and the business of casting taught by Center Stage Artistic Producer Susanna Gellert. The six-week course runs from October 17 to November 21 on Thursdays from 6-8:30 pm.

Rachel Reiner Productions presents the World Premiere of Victor L. Cahn's A Dish For The Gods, directed by Adam Fitzgerald. A Dish for the Gods began performances on Saturday, September 14, and celebrated its opening on September 16. The show runs through October 5, 2013 at Theatre Row's Lion Theatre (410 West 42 Street). The cast will travel from various corners of the country and the world including Dan Lauria from Los Angeles, Johnny Rabe from Chicago, Caroline O'Connor from Australia, and Broadway's favorite four-foot tap dancing whiz kid, Luke Spring, from Ashburn, Virginia.
