The Warner Theatre will hold its 16th Annual Wine & Food Tasting on Friday, October 27, from 6-9 pm, presented in association with The Cork Fine Wine & Spirits. This year's fundraising event is bigger and better than ever! Ten percent of all wine sales that night will be donated back to the theatre! General admission tickets are $25 and VIP admission tickets are $75.
Rabbi David Baron, Founder of the Beverly Hills Temple of the Arts at the Saban Theatre announced today, 'Three million dollars was raised at on Sunday evening, October 12, 2014 at our Inaugural Gala Fundraiser, A FABULOUS NIGHT for The Beverly Hills Performing Arts Center and the Temple of the Arts. Funds will be used to support a new Children's Screening Series for underserved kids at the Steve Tisch Cinema Center at the Saban Theatre, as well as other community projects and for the final stages of preservation, modernization and restoration of the historic Saban Theatre. Funds will also initiate a new 10,000 square foot education and entertainment complex.'
From a 12-inch sliding compound miter saw to a dozen snap blade knives, Stanley Black & Decker is helping deck out the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's (OSF) recently-completed Production Building in Talent with new equipment through an in-kind donation valued at $12,627.24.
