International foundation One Drop - created by Guy Laliberte in 2007 - announced today that it has teamed up with two-time Academy Award winner Michael Douglas to provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity: meet the actor in Los Angeles at the premiere of Marvel Studios' highly anticipated Ant-Man and The Wasp on June 25, 2018.

Marvel's most popular superhero, Spider-Man, returns in an all-new action-packed season when 'Marvel's Spider-Man' season two debuts with a one-hour telecast featuring back-to-back episodes, MONDAY, JUNE 18 (6:30 p.m. EDT), on Disney XD, DisneyNOW and Disney XD VOD. Following the premiere weekend, new episodes will debut every Monday through August. Season two will feature higher stakes and epic battles as Spidey faces-off against new heroes and villains, some of which are voiced by exciting guest stars, including Sofia Carson (Disney's 'Descendants'), Booboo Stewart (Disney's 'Descendants'), Nathaniel Potvin ('MECH-X4'), NASCAR racer Ryan Blaney and social media sensation Teala Dunn.

Boundless Theatre today announces Lace Akpojaro to join the company for a major revival of Judy Upton's Confidence. Akpojaro takes on the role of Edwin, replacing Vauxhall Jermaine who has left the company due to unforeseen circumstances. First performed in 1998 at Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Artistic Director of Boundless, Rob Drummer, directs the previously announced Tanya Burr in the role of Ella. The full cast are Anna Crichlow (Ruby), Will Pattle (Dean) and Rhys Yates (Ben). The production opens at Southwark Playhouse on 25 May with previews from 23 May.

Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer Prize-winning masterpiece Long Day's Journey Into Night  comes to the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts for a limited three-week engagement from Friday, June 8 through Sunday, July 1. Richard Eyre's acclaimed Bristol Old Vic production stars Academy Award winner Jeremy Irons(Brideshead Revisited, Reversal of Fortune,  'The Borgias') and Olivier Award winner and Oscar nominee Lesley Manville(Another Year,  'Harlots,' Phantom Thread). Matthew Beard (The Imitation Game, The Riot Club), Rory Keenan (BBC's 'War & Peace,' 'Peaky Blinders') and Jessica Regan (reprising the role as Cathleen from the 2016 Bristol Old Vic production) round out the ensemble cast.  

According to Variety, Annette Bening is set to join the cast of CAPTAIN MARVEL. She joins the cast of Brie Larson, Jude Law, Ben Mendelsohn, and Gemma Chan. Read more about the report from Variety here!

From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes “Ant Man and The Wasp,” a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink. In the aftermath of “Captain America: Civil War,” Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he's confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from the past.
