SHARP OBJECTS starring Amy Adams will debut SUNDAY, JULY 8 (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO.

MTV today announced the categories and nominees for the 2018 'MTV Movie & TV Awards,' hosted by Tiffany Haddish, that celebrate the actors, stories and moments that drove pop culture in the last year. The show will once again feature non-gendered categories - a change that marked an industry-first historic shift. Airing on Monday, June 18 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT from the Barker Hangar in Los Angeles, additional categories and honors will be announced at a later date. Pictures announced today that New Line Cinema's highly anticipated horror thriller IT will open in domestic and select international IMAX theatres day-and-date with its wide theatrical release, starting with the earliest international markets on Wednesday, September 6, and in North America with Thursday night previews on September 7.
