Melbourne production talent Mark Edward Hilder has been a busy man in 2014, working his way through a batch of big-hitting releases that are picking up increasingly big reviews from the dance music public. ?The Music Hall has announced five new shows coming to its already robust and diverse 2014-2015 season of performances, cinema, and literary events on stage and on screen in two theaters. With the additions Music Hall fan favorite Paula Poundstone, returning to The Historic Theater with her unique brand of observational humor, to up and coming singer songwriter Sinkane making his first appearance at the Loft with his mix of afro beats, infectious pop, and through provoking lyrics, this season has something for everyone. Tickets for these shows go on sale first to Music Hall members Saturday, October 4 and are on sale to non-members starting Saturday October 18.

Irish music sensation Celtic Woman is returning to North America and will celebrate the holidays at Segerstrom Center for the Arts with Home for Christmas - The Symphony Tour on Monday, December 15 in Segerstrom Hall.

Celtic Woman 'Home for Christmas, The Symphony Tour' is coming to the Morris Performing Arts Center, South Bend, Indiana, on Monday, December 22, at 7:00 p.m.

Cheeky vaudevillian favorites The Two Man Gentlemen Band are playing in Brooklyn, NY at Jalopy Theatre tonight, September 26.

Tickets flew out the door for the December 4, 2014 Benaroya Hall concert by the popular Canadian Folk Bluegrass band The Wailin' Jenny's. A second concert will be added at 7:30 pm on Wednesday December 3, 2014 inside Benaroya Hall's Illsley Ball Nordstrom Recital Hall. On January 20 and 22, 2015 the dozen musicians that make up the Portland-based Pink Martini join forces with the Seattle Symphony for two concerts in the S. Mark Taper Foundation Auditorium. The Seattle Symphony Associate Conductor Stilian Kirov will lead the Pink Martini concerts.

Yesterday Artistic Director Mark Clements announced Milwaukee Repertory Theater's 2014/15 Season. 'Next season will offer strong stories that are substantive pieces of theater that are both enlightening and entertaining,' said Clements. 'The season includes two exciting world premieres, after all the terrible things I do and Five Presidents. We will also continue the tradition that I started upon my arrival by including a musical on our main stage - the first production in the Quadracci Powerhouse will be the award-winning musical, The Color Purple. Audiences responded so enthusiastically to last year's production of Ragtime, I believe they are in for another treat with The Color Purple.'
