Jane Austen's last completed sentimental novel Persuasion gets an updated contemporary, staged reading treatment in this romantic musical-dance comedy entitled 'Persuasion or 7 Years of Bad Sex' to be performed at the Jerry Orbach Theater in the Snapple Theater Center, Tuesday, October 6th, 2009 at 6:30 PM located at 210 West 50th & Broadway ( where The Fantasticks is doing its' run! )

Monday December 1st ASTEP@NYU will host a benefit concert at the Triad Theater. This exciting cabaret style show will feature the talents of 'Tale of Two Cities' alum Anne Tolpegin, Rebecca Robbins, Alison Cimmet, Michael Halling, Randy Glass, and Kevin Greene as well as Autumn Hurlbert (Legally Blonde), Andy Kelso (Mamma Mia), Colin Donnell (Jersey Boys, Pride & Prejudice), Alice Lee, Emma Hunton, Gabe Violett, and Zach Reiner-Harris (Spring Awakening), and Jessica Grove (Sunday in the Park with George). Additional performers include Shauna Goodgold, Jacob Hoffman, and Kimberly Moye.

The fourth season of the acclaimed Monday Nights, New Voices series continues April 14th at the Duplex Cabaret Theatre. The series, produced by composer Scott Alan, showcases some of today's brightest 'New Voices' in New York.
The Silent Movie Theatre in Hollywood will host the Ithaca College Theatre Department's first annual 'Theatre Showcase' event on Monday, March 12, 2007.
