Joe's Pub at The Public announces the new class of Pub Club, the venue's artist development program dedicated to enhancing the career sustainability and growth of performing artists. In its second year, which commences January 2016, Pub Club welcomes a range of performers - blues/rock singer-songwriter Celisse Henderson, soulful vocalist Stephanie McKay, comedian and producer Trish Nelson, hilarious author and story-teller Isaac Oliver and folk singer-songwriter Kaylyn Marie Scardefield - that represents the diversity and scope of Joe's Pub's nightly programming.
Costume Designer Larry Krone's new book, 'Look Book' will be launched at 42West in New York City on Sunday November 15th from 7 pm to 10 pm and the public is invited.
As part of the artist commissioning program New York Voices, Joe's Pub at The Public presents Estuary: an artist/mother story, a new show conceived and written by Jamie Leonhart and directed by Joanna Settle. Estuary's original music is co-written and arranged by Grammy-winner Michael Leonhart. This presentation of Estuary features a live band that includes Saskia Lane, Pauline Kim, Sara Phillips Budde and Katie Scheele. Performances will run Monday through Wednesday, November 1-3 at 7:00PM at Joe's Pub at The Public (425 Lafayette, NYC). Dixon Place announced the recipient of the 3rd Annual Tom Murrin Performance Award, also known as 'The Tommy.' A transformative career opportunity for an emerging NYC-based artist or company, the 2015 award will be presented to Monstah Black, a multi-disciplinary performance artist known for his funk-style musical creations. The 3rd Annual Tommy Award presentation will take place at the Howl! Happening Gallery (6 East 1st Street) on Sunday, September 27, 2015 at 5pm as part of the Luna Macaroona Full Moon Performance Series. The event is free to attend.

On June 21 and 22, Landes, with Xanthe Elbrick (Tori), Stephen Bogardus (Mac) and more, will perform a concert version of ROW at Joe's Pub (425 Lafayette, NYC).

Joe's Pub at The Public announces the official launch of Joe's Pub Artists-in-Residence (JPAIR), a yearlong program devoted to enriching the sustainability and growth of New York-based emerging and established artists' careers.
