HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH Updates Lottery Timing!

Hedwig will soon put the wig back on the shelf. As BroadwayWorld reported yesterday, Tony-winning revival of Hedwig and the Angry Inch will close on Broadway on Sept, 13. Taye Diggs, the show's current star, will wrap its run. Now the show has officially updated its lottery policy. A recent tweet reads: 'Hedwig Alert! New lottery timing - you may now enter 2 hours before each performance; winners drawn 90 minutes prior to show time.'

STAGE TUBE: Stage Stars Improv Supreme Court Ruling on Marriage Equality for World's Largest Scavenger Hunt

Leeds Hill (Cabaret), Shannon Conley (Hedwig) and Daniel Edwards (Anything Goes) along with Lisa Ortiz (voice actress) and Mike Greco (musician) volunteered to do an improv performance of the Supreme Court ruling on marriage equality, as part of the world's largest scavenger hunt, GISHWHES, hosted by TV star Misha Collins (Supernatural). The two-minute skit, where Hill plays the majority opinion and Conley the dissenting opinion, both in drag for their roles, is below!

HEDWIG's Shannon Conley Headlines Damn The Light's ACDC Tribute Tonight

Tonight, June 20th, 2014 Damn The Light Promotions, a nightlife based production and promotion company founded by Mike Greco and MaryAnne Piccolo, is back with their monthly tribte event 'Midnight Special' returning to the infamous lower eastside rock and roll club The Delancey. This all-star evening will showcase some of NYC's premiere vocalists from both the downton rock-and-roll scene and theatre community.
