Cast Announced for DANCE NATION at Washington Ensemble Theatre

Washington Ensemble Theatre has announced the cast for the Seattle premiere of Dance Nation, the Pulitzer-nominated play by Clare Barron about a group of young people discovering the power inside of them and deciding what they're going to do with their potential. Will they squash it, embrace it, sexualize it, share it, or hoard it?

David Suchet Adds New Performances To His Australian Tour

David Suchet will be making his eagerly-awaited return to Australian stages in POIROT AND MORE: A RETROSPECTIVE in early 2020. There has been a huge demand for tickets across Australia and subsequently new shows have just been added to the tour schedule. The tour will travel across the country to Perth, Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Newcastle and Adelaide. The additional performances in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide will go on sale on Tuesday 19thNovember.

BWW Review: MEASURE FOR MEASURE, Barbican Centre

The final installment of the Royal Shakespeare Company's season in London sees Artistic Director Gregory Doran's Measure for Measure coming into town. The choice of play is momentous, as it's historically the Bard's only active denunciation of men's unfair treatment of women. Doran sets the piece in a turn-of-the-Century Vienna that's torn between the lasciviousness of its brothels and strict ideals of conservative purity.

Westport Country Playhouse Presents PETER PAN In December

Westport Country Playhouse's Family Festivities Series will present a?oePeter Pan,a?? produced by TheaterWorksUSA, on Sunday, December 8, at 1 and 4 p.m.  The production is based on John Caird and Trevor Nunn's 1982 adaptation, originally developed for London's Royal Shakespeare Company, based on the original play by J.M. Barrie.  Performances are approximately one-hour in length, and appropriate for ages three and up.  Tickets are $20 each.

Theatre Industry Comes Together To Inspire Young People About Offstage Jobs At Biggest Ever TheatreCraft

Roger Allam And Colin Morgan Will Lead Caryl Churchill's A NUMBER At The Bridge Theatre

Polly Findlay will direct Roger Allam and Colin Morgan in Caryl Churchill's play A Number at the Bridge Theatre. Previews begin on 14 February 2020 with the opening night on 19 February and final performance on 14 March 2020. Booking opens today to Bridge Priority members; public booking opens at 10am on 22 November 2019.
