Harrisburg Fringe Festival truly has something for everyone. Friday night I took in 4 completely different and equally compelling shows!

The production really comes together as a whole-from the lights to the sound to the costumes to the set and even the set changes, everything has been carefully designed and choreographed to give the audience the sense of wonder and magic that should accompany any telling of Narnia.

As the show's producers advertise, love is love is love, even when it's pre-Shakespearian comedy. Love wins out over virgin-eating monsters in the middle of Tudor England in GALLATHEA.

Rounding out its 2015 season and as one of the first theatres in the area to secure the just-released license for the show, Hershey Area Playhouse is proud to present A CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS, a story about a boy searching for the real meaning of Christmas. Theatre Harrisburg presents live, on stage at Whitaker Center, the original version of the popular movie classic A CHRISTMAS STORY. Favorite scenes will come to life with Ralphie, his Red Ryder BB gun, the frozen flagpole and even the iconic leg lamp. Opening Today, November 7, other performances are scheduled for November 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22 & 23.
