SPACELAB9 prepares for their official launch on April 15th with the release of the deluxe edition vinyl LP for the official soundtrack to multi-award winning fan-favorite drama series THE WALKING DEAD.

Magic Theatre will welcome back one of Scotland's leading contemporary playwrights, Linda McLean, with the world premiere of Every Five Minutes, directed by Producing Artistic Director Loretta Greco. Every Five Minutes runs March 26 - April 20. Deemed 'a gritty, fiercely empathetic realist of great skill' (San Francisco Chronicle), McLean's new play celebrates the miraculous power of the human spirit. Every Five Minutes begins with a simple homecoming dinner that takes a fantastical turn as Mo slips into a dreamscape that even those closest to him can't imagine.

Continuing its 26th Season, Lookingglass Theatre Company presents the World Premiere of In the Garden: A Darwinian Love Story, by Artistic Associate Sara Gmitter and directed by Jessica Thebus. Artistic Director Blake Robison announced the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park's 2014-15 season today. The Playhouse's 55th season - which is Robison's third as artistic director - boasts a homegrown world premiere, two Tony Award-winning plays, recent New York hits and musical tributes to Johnny Cash and Tri-State native Rosemary Clooney.

Tracey Scott Wilson's 'Buzzer' at The Goodman Theatre is a thought-provoking look at racial tensions and pervasive sexism in a not-yet-gentrified urban neighborhood, as seen through the eyes of an affluent interracial couple and their recovering-addict friend who moves in with them.

Matt Smith, who recently completed an acclaimed four-year run as the 11th incarnation of the Doctor in the landmark British television series 'Doctor Who,' will appear at the inaugural Wizard World Louisville Comic Con on Saturday, March 29. Smith will greet fans, sign autographs, pose for photo ops and conduct an interactive Q&A during the event, held at the Kentucky International Convention Center. Smith began his acting career on stage, appearing in various popular London theatrical performances before landing the coveted role in 'Doctor Who' in 2010. He received a BAFTA Award nomination in 2011 and his final episode, on Christmas Day, was BBC America's largest audience ever, attesting to both the popularity of the series in America and Smith's success in the role. 'Doctor Who' fandom is on full display at Wizard World shows. Fans of the series, which celebrated its 50th Anniversary with a highly-rated program that was simulcast by BBC America at Austin Comic Con, cosplay as numerous characters as well as the TARDIS, the space-time vehicle used in the show. Other top stars scheduled to appear at Wizard World Louisville Comic Con include Norman Reedus, Michael Rooker, Jon Bernthal, Sarah Wayne Callies and Scott Wilson of 'The Walking Dead,' Sean Astin (The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Rudy), Michael Rosenbaum ('Smallville,' 'Justice League') and Robert Hays (Airplane!, Paranormal Movie). Yesterday Dallas Theater Center hosted a celebration in honor of Project Discovery's recent recognition by The President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. DTC invited 200 current Project Discovery [PD] participants, teachers, past participants, teaching artists, board, staff and program donors to an hour-long event that featured stories from PD students and a full, experiential PD activity on the main stage of the Wyly Theatre.

Dallas Theater Center announced today a new program for the 2013-14 season, DTC Book Club hosted by DTC Artistic Director Kevin Moriarty. DTC Book Club events are scheduled to take place with productions of Oedipus el Rey, The Fortress of Solitude, Sherlock Holmes: The Final Adventure and Les Miserables. Dallas Theater Center patrons donated $57,993.81 to the North Texas Food Bank during DTC's annual production of A Christmas Carol. During the six-year partnership with NTFB, DTC patrons have donated $297,912.16 to the organization.

According to Zap2it, a new casting notice for the hit AMC series' fifth season has been posted on Acting-Auditions.org, with 'new series regulars, recurring roles, and guest starring roles' needing to be filled. The notice also confirms that production on the fifth season will begin in 'early 2014.'
