Cameron Mackintosh is delighted to announce new cast members joining the critically acclaimed new production of Les Misérables at the Sondheim Theatre from Tuesday 27 September. 

LES MISERABLES at the Sondheim Theatre has extended booking until Sunday 5 March 2023, and a new performance schedule from Wednesday 5 October 2022. Tickets for the new booking period are on sale from 11.00am today, Friday 1 July.

New York style Musical Theatre piano bar (open mic) with Nathan Martin at the piano and a roster of West End hosts…Starting Sunday afternoons at The Canal Café Theatre.

Following the sell-out success of LES MISÉRABLES – THE STAGED CONCERT, the longest running concert in the history of Shaftesbury Avenue, Cameron Mackintosh has announced full casting for the re-opening of the new full production of LES MISÉRABLES at the Sondheim Theatre on 25 September 2021.

Les Misérables -The Staged Concert will be available for digital download in the UK and Australia to raise much needed funds for performers, musicians and the NHS.

Matt Lucas stepped in to play the role of Thénardier for a few weeks when Gerard Carey was unable to perform before the first preview of the new production of Les Misérables at the Sondheim Theatre last month due to vocal injury caused by contracting pneumonia. Last week Lucas regrettably sustained a back injury which has meant he is unable to continue in the role.

Cameron Mackintosh presents Les Misérables - The Staged Concert with a company of over 65 running until 30 November 2019 at the intimate Gielgud Theatre, next door to the home of Les Misérables at the recently re-named Sondheim Theatre.

As rehearsals begin for Les Miserables -The Staged Concert, Cameron Mackintosh introduces Shan Ako and Lily Kerhoas who complete the principal casting as Eponine and Cosette respectively. They join the previously announced Michael Ball as Javert, Alfie Boe as Jean Valjean, Carrie Hope Fletcher as Fantine, Matt Lucas as Thenardier, Rob Houchen as Marius, Bradley Jaden as Enjolras, Katy Secombe as Madame Thenardier and, for three performances a week, John Owen-Jones as Jean Valjean.
