Sam Carner and Derek Gregor, two of New York's hottest up-and-coming musical theatre writing teams, will present an evening of their diverse, award-winning material at 54 Below, sung by Broadway stars including Jeremy Jordan (Newsies, Bonnie and Clyde, SMASH, The Last Five Years), Tituss Burgess (The Little Mermaid, Jersey Boys, Guys and Dolls), Sarah Stiles (Avenue Q, ...Spelling Bee, Into the Woods), Jackie Burns (Wicked, Hair, If/Then), Ashley Spencer (Pricilla... Hairspray, Rock of Ages), and many more on April 1.

Due to overwhelming ticket demand the critically acclaimed musical Mama and Her Boys has extended its return New York engagement. Performances will continue until April 23. The Tuesday at 9pm performance schedule continues through March 4. Beginning March 12, performances will move to Wednesdays at 8:30pm at Sophies at Broadway, 318 W. 53rd St. between 8th and 9th Avenue.

But for Marvin and Katie, it's kismet when their eyes first meet at a speed dating event. During their brief time together, they imagine what their lives would be like if they allowed this momentary encounter to evolve to the next level. Their decisions may determine their entire future and whether this will turn out to be a date from hell or a date of a lifetime.

The critically acclaimed musical Mama and Her Boys returns to New York for a limited engagement beginning February 11 at the brand new Sophies at Broadway, 318 W. 53rd St. between 8th and 9th Avenue. Performances will continue Tuesdays at 9pm through March 4. Created by Ethan Paulini, Christopher Sidoli and Wendy Watson. The cast includes original New York cast member Erik Keiser with Sarah Kleeman and Steven Boyd Baker. Paulini will stage and choreograph with production design by Shaun Daley. Tony nominee Linda Kline serves as script consultant. The score features contributions from Sam Carner and Derek Gregor, Drew Overcash, Sally Fingerett and Tony nominee Lucy Simon. The run is produced by CEW Productions and Sophies. Pittsburgh International Children's Theater, a division of The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, presents the Pittsburgh premiere of Theatreworks USA's The Teacher from the Black Lagoon & Other Story Books ('Dogzilla,' 'I Want My Hat Back,' 'Grumpy Bird,' 'Lily's Purple Plastic Purse,' 'Love Splat (Splat the Cat),' and 'The Grasshopper and the Ant') from February 16-23, 2014, at six performance locations throughout the area.

New Jersey Repertory Company will present the new musical 'Date of a Lifetime' with book and lyrics by Carl Kissin and music by Robert Baumgartner, Jr., produced in association with Hat on a Hat, LLC, on March 6 through April 6, 2014 at 179 Broadway in Long Branch. 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Ilene, Randy, and Todd Graff, and Nikka Graff Lanzarone in 'The Graff Family Holiday Special,' tonight, December 14th at 11 P.M., and in a sold out show on Monday, December 16, 2013 at 7 P.M. This talented family will perform a host of holiday favorites and tunes from their various forays on the Great White Way in the tradition of the Andy Williams Christmas specials that mesmerized them as children. Expect tight, four-part harmonies, color coordinated hats and mufflers, indoor sleigh rides, audience participation, mistletoe, and plenty of high belting.

Broadway's Future Songbook Series - presented by Arts and Artists at St. Paul - will continue Dec. 14 at 2:30 PM and Dec. 16 at 6 PM with two holiday concerts featuring new holiday songs.
