“Oprah's SuperSoul Conversations” all-new podcast features an exclusive interview with iconic designer Ralph Lauren, who recently celebrated his 50th Anniversary Collection at New York's Fashion Week. Part one of the interview is available on Wednesday, September 12, on Apple Podcasts (ApplePodcasts.com/OprahSuperSoul) and other podcast platforms. Part two will be available on Monday, September 17. Oprah Winfrey's monthly letter to readers in the October issue of O, The Oprah Magazine, on stands now, is also dedicated to the designer.

Tony Award-winning actress, singer and performer Idina Menzel is set to release her upcoming album, idina: live, on October 5. The two-disc album was recorded live on the final nights of her 2017 World Tour. The record is available for pre-order tomorrow Friday, September 7 and includes an immediate download of Menzel's studio version of "Bridge Over Troubled Water." The track will also be available for streaming on all digital platforms tomorrow. 

The Woodstock Film Festival is thrilled to announce its 2018 top honorary award recipients: Tony®, Emmy®, and Grammy® winning and Oscar® nominated filmmaker, Julie Taymor will receive the honorary Maverick Award at the 19th annual Woodstock Film Festival. Oscar® nominated and Emmy® award-winning director Matthew Heineman will receive the Filmmaker Award of Distinction during that same time. The Maverick Awards ceremony takes place on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Backstage Studio Productions in Kingston, NY. Additionally, Heineman's feature narrative debut, A PRIVATE WAR, starring Rosamund Pike, Jamie Dornan and Stanley Tucci will close the film festival on the evening of Sunday, October 14th and Taymor's globally renowned ACROSS THE UNIVERSE will have a special tribute screening on the morning of October 14th. Both films will be followed by Q&As. The 19th annual Woodstock Film Festival takes place from October 10-14, 2018. 

American designer Amsale Aberra will be honored posthumously for her contributions to the world of couture by the Harlem School of the Arts at the Herb Alpert Center for the Arts. She will receive the Visionary Lineage Award and is among several high profiled members of the artistic community, whose contributions will be acknowledged during the organization's 2018 Masquerade Ball and After Party, to be held at the New York Plaza Hotel on October 22nd.

OWN Expands the Network's Podcast Slate with OPRAH'S MASTER CLASS

Expanding on the popular podcast “Oprah's SuperSoul Conversations,” OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network announced today it will launch the podcast version of its Emmy-nominated series “Oprah's Master Class” on Apple Podcasts. A sneak preview of the podcast featuring actor and producer Dwayne Johnson is available today, July 17, and the podcast will officially debut on Thursday, July 19 with hip-hop innovator and entrepreneur Jay-Z. Each week, the podcast will feature previously aired content from the television series' most popular interviews with the most respected and renowned actors, musicians, public figures and athletes sharing their greatest life lessons in their own words.

The Stella Adler Studio of Acting and the Harold Clurman Playwrights Division will present the fifth annual First Breath New Play Reading Series June 11-14, 2018, featuring new work from four emerging female playwrights. One year ago, the Studio launched a search for new plays by women playwrights, and out of 100 submitted, four will be read. This year, First Breath will feature plays by Julie Richardson, Jan Rosenberg (also the Studio's playwright-in-residence this year), Emma Carter and Jordan Ramirez Puckett. The "Cine en Domingo" Film Series presents How to Be a Latin Lover at The Granada Theatre on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 3:00 pm. Assemblymember Monique Limon and actor Andy Valdez will host a community discussion about the 2017 film, that tells the story of a divorced man learning the importance of family and community. The "Cine en Domingo" series as a whole showcases both classic and contemporary Spanish language films, with compelling titles chosen to engage the Latino community and all who love this genre of filmmaking. How to Be a Latin Lover is presented in Spanish with no subtitles.

Adding to its roster of A-list talent relationships, global content leader Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) has signed a first-look producing deal with Salma Hayek Pinault, one of the industry's premier multi-hyphenates, along with her producing partner Jose 'Pepe' Tamez. Under the agreement, Hayek Pinault and Tamez will produce feature films for Lionsgate under Hayek Pinault's Ventanarosa Productions banner. Reflecting Hayek Pinault's enormous versatility, her production banner will also explore feature film opportunities with Lionsgate's Pantelion Films venture.
