The 28th Annual Southland Theatre Artists Goodwill Event-S.T.A.G.E.-will presentORIGINAL CAST 3, a musical celebration showcasingartists from theater, television and cabaret performing songs they originated in musical productions, for one-night-only onSaturday, April 28 at 7:30PM. This year, the annual event, which benefits AIDS Project Los Angeles, will return to the Saban Theatre Beverly Hills.

After reigning since 2006 as the most critically acclaimed, award-winning supper club of its kind in the greater Los Angeles area, Sterling's Upstairs at Vitello's will close its doors in Studio City, CA on Sunday, March 18 following its final show headlined by Reba Buhr, co-star of Disney's Aladdin: A Musical Spectacular at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA. Miss Buhr is also a host for the Disney Channel's popular 365 television series. The announcement became official by producer Michael Sterling.

Pittsburgh CLO has announced the creative team for the 2012 Summer Season, running June 5 through August 5 at the Benedum Center. Three Pittsburgh CLO veterans and one newcomer highlight this group selected to helm the organization's 66th year of bringing Broadway's best to Pittsburgh's Cultural District. The season includes the National Tour of Come Fly Away (June 5-10), A Chorus Line (June 15-24), Annie(June 29-July 8), Fiddler on the Roof (July 13-22), Sunset Boulevard (July 24-29) and the National Tour of The Addams Family (July 31-August 5).

Alhambra Theatre & Dining is set to present to classic HELLO, DOLLY! from February 29th-April 8th. The production will star Sally Struthers.

First produced on Broadway in 1964, winning ten Tony® Awards, including Best Musical, Hello, Dolly will open at the Alhambra on February 29. Hello, Dolly has become one of the most enduring musical theater hits, enjoying three Broadway revivals and international success. It was also made into a 1969 film that was nominated for seven Academy® Awards. The show's album Hello, Dolly! An Original Cast Recording was inducted into the Grammy® Hall of Fame in 2002.

On February 15 at the historic Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills for one night only renowned Musical Theatre of Los Angeles will present a benefit Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat: In Concert! Starring as Joseph will be Broadway's David Burnham, who appeared in the national tour as Joseph, and special guest TV and film star Lorenzo Lamas will make a rare stage appearance as Pharoah. They will be backed by a full-size Broadway orchestra and a 60 member youth choir. Joseph will be directed by Mark Rozzano with musical direction by Greg Haake, choreography and musical staging by Jim Borstelmann and Colette Brandenburg. James Lent serves as assistant musical director and Jonas Sills as youth vocal director and associate producer.

The Laguna Playhouse has been awarded a $5,000 "Capacity Building and Capital Projects" grant from the Laguna Beach Community Foundation.

When Theater of the Stars premieres its 2012 production of 'Annie' Saturday night at Atlanta's Fox Theatre, audiences will find a familiar face in the role of disillusioned orphanage matron Miss Hannigan. But then, Sally Struthers has quite a bit of familiarity with the role, too.

With music by Jule Styne, lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by Arthur Laurents, the production is directed by Keith Baker and also features Robert Newman, Amanda Rose, Brittney Lee Hamilton, Joe Grandy, Bethe B. Austin, Kathryn Kendall, and Demetria Joyce Bailey.
