Letters to the Revolution, an intersectional online platform, offers open letters of inspiration and hope from leading artists, activists, and allies, including several from the Broadway and theatre community.

I'LL SAY SHE IS Opened 92 Years Ago Today; Revival to Begin May 28 Off-Broadway

I'LL SAY SHE IS, the legendary musical comedy that was the Broadway debut of the Marx Brothers, originally opened 92 years ago today -- on May 19, 1924 at the 875-seat Casino Theatre on Broadway at 39th Street. It played for 313 performances before being lost to history. Thanks to Grouch Marx enthusiast Noah Diamond, I'LL SAY SHE IS will return to the stage in a historic new production at The Connelly Theater beginning previews May 28.

Vital Theatre Company Extends FASHION ACADEMY, THE MUSICAL

The award-winning VITAL THEATRE COMPANY is pleased to announce the extention of FASHION ACADEMY, THE MUSICAL, a new musical with book by Sheryl Berk and Sabrina Chap and music and lyrics by Sabrina Chap, based on the book Fashion Academy by Sheryl Berk and Carrie Berk, authors of the popular chapter book, Peace, Love, and Cupcakes: The Cupcake Club. The production is directed by Sam Viverito and will continue performances at the Theater at Blessed Sacrament, 152 West 71st Street, just east of Broadway, on Saturdays and Sundays at 3:30 pm, through February 28th. PINKALICIOUS, FANCY NANCY & More Set for Vital Theatre Company's 2015-16 Season

The award-winning VITAL THEATRE COMPANY has announced its 2015/2016 season of five musicals for children and families, performed by adults. The season will open with Flight School, The Musical, appropriate for ages 2 to 7, which will have its world premiere on Saturday, September 26 at 1:00 pm with a special Red Carpet Premiere. Fashion Academy, The Musical, appropriate for ages 7 and up, opens Saturday, October 2 at 7:00 pm, also with a special Red Carpet Premiere. Pinkalicious, The Musical, appropriate for ages 2 to 7, now in its 8th year, will continue Sundays only, beginning Sunday, September 13 at 11:00 am. Tickets are $49.50 for regular seats and $59.50 for premium seats. Purchase a Family Package before September 25 and all regular seats are only $25.00.
