It's all part of the fun of 'Storybook Theater: Old Tales with a New Twist,' consisting of the classic tales, 'The Bremen Town Musicians,' 'The Three Travelers,' and 'The Fisherman and His Wife.'

On Friday, July 13 at 8:30p.m., there will be an American Sign Language Interpretation of 'Ruth Draper's Company of Characters' produced by the award-winning Equity professional East Lynne Theater Company.

Audience members have the opportunity to ask questions of the talented cast and the artistic director, Gayle Stahlhuth, on Friday, June 22, immediately after seeing the award-winning Equity professional East Lynne Theater Company's production of 'Ruth Draper's Company of Characters.' Last season, Terry Teachout of 'The Wall Street Journal' gave ELTC kudos for producing a rarely seen play by Rachel Crothers, 'He and She,' and now the company tackles the seldom seen scenes of Ruth Draper. In fact, ELTC is only the second production company to be given permission to perform her work in the past fifty-six years.

Take tea at one of Cape May's finest inns or tea shops, indulge in homemade tasty treats, and listen to stories by famous American authors, like O. Henry and Louisa May Alcott, all for only $10.00. Children are always welcome, and, like other East Lynne events, ages 12 and under are free.

Open your windows wide - scatter your chairs and tables - and race around the furniture in a frenzy! It's like a wonderful game, and stimulates the imagination at the same time!" This is just one of several exercises suggested by an enthusiastic instructor to her motley students in this deliciously funny scene that was created and first performed by the incredible Ruth Draper.

Affinity Company Theater and 3-Legged Dog will present the world premiere of Sheila Schwartz's 'SPY GARBO,' directed by Kevin Cunningham, in a multi-media production. This Off Broadway engagement will be performed at 3LD Art & Technology Center, 80 Greenwich Street (just south of Rector). Performances will end April 10.
