Village Theatre has announced casting for their production of the tap dancing spectacular 42ND STREET, directed by Steve Tomkins. This production will have one preview performance in Issaquah on Wednesday, May 12, 2010, and will officially open the following evening, running May 13-July 3, 2010 in downtown Issaquah, July 9-August 1, 2010 in downtown Everett.

A rep for Liza Minnelli tells People Magazine that the singer is planning to undergo knee-replacement surgery in the next week. 'Minnelli, who has been dancing on stage she was a teenager, is 63,' the rep says. 'She is expected to make a full recovery.'
