Crouch, Touch, Pause, Engage - the critically-acclaimed play about Gareth Thomas, the first professional rugby player to come out while still playing - comes to Arcola Theatre this spring (20 May - 20 June 2015) following its current tour. Directed by Max Stafford-Clark, and written by Robin Soans, the play is a co-production by Out of Joint, National Theatre Wales and Arcola Theatre.

Out of Joint has announced that Iain Gillie is to become the new Chairman of the acclaimed company, as they prepare to present an exciting and diverse brace of world premieres for the new year, under the artistic directorship of Max Stafford-Clark. Vicky Graham, whose recent productions include Breeders at the St. James Theatre, has joined the company as the new in-house producer.

Barney Norris' debut full-length play Visitors has transferred from the Everyman Theatre in Chichester to the Arcola earlier this year and is now starting its run at Bush Theatre, where all of the original cast members have reprised their roles. Set in a remote farm in north Wiltshire, Edie (Linda Bassett) and Arthur (Robin Soans) a married couple in their seventies are living happily alone with Arthur working out on the farm and Edie keeping things running in the home. Having lived there their whole married lives, the play opens with them worrying over the arrival of a visitor - one who they're concerned will change their daily lives.

2012's hit Finborough Theatre play The Fear of Breathing - Stories from the Syrian Revolution by Zoe Lafferty, Ruth Sherlock and Paul Wood will be translated into Japanese and mounted in a new production by One Two Works at Tokyo's Akasaka Red Theatre. It will run from 11 - 17 November 2013, directed by the acclaimed Toshinobu Kojo.
Charlotte Cornwell and More Set to Star in RSC's HAMLET
