The Harold Clurman Lab Theater, the professional wing of the Art of Acting Studio Los Angeles, is proud to announce its next production, Talking to Terrorists, by Robin Soans. The Ovation-nominated Harold Clurman Lab Theater will ask tough questions in this tour de force, directed by Managing Artistic Director Don K. Williams.

All shows will offer a "pay what you can" ticket structure in an effort to make theater-going accessible to patrons of all income levels.

Said Artistic Director Tom Oppenheim, "The Harold Clurman Lab Theater aims to open out the vital issues of our time. Talking to Terrorists strikes at the core of a major global matter, and Don K. Williams is a director who is the perfect instrument for Robin Soans powerful play."

The Lab Theater's most recent work in Los Angeles include the Ovation-Recommended and Ovation-Nominated run of Lebensraum by Israel Horovitz, and Ovation-nominated run of Long Way Go Down by Zayd Dohrn. In New York, the Harold Clurman Lab Theater recently presented the Edinburgh Festival Fringe First Award winning one-man show Mercy Killers by Michael Milligan and the off-Broadway production of Israel Horovitz's Lebensraum.

Talking to terrorists is the only way to beat them. If you want to change their minds, you have to talk to them." So starts the play Talking to Terrorists by Robin Soans. Culled from hundreds of hours of interviews with terrorists, victims, politicians, soldiers and scholars, Talking to Terrorists is a verbatim, word for word journey into the inner workings of the motivations of what makes a terrorist tick and why they do what they do. By going directly to the source, this unflinching play seeks to answer two of the most important questions of our time: why does this keep happening, and how can we stop it?
