Theatre for a New Audience (TFANA; Jeffrey Horowitz, Founding Artistic Director) announces a public reading of Obie and Drama Desk Award-winning playwright Will Eno's Gnit, directed by Oliver Butler (The Open House, 2014), and starring acclaimed stage and screen actor Michael C. Hall (stage: Hedwig and the Angry Inch on Broadway, David Bowie's Lazarus at NYTW; screen: Six Feet Under, Dexter). The reading will take place June 18 at 7pm at Polonsky Shakespeare Center (262 Ashland Place, Brooklyn, NY).

Production Commences on Starz' THE SPANISH PRINCESS

The winners of the 2018 New York Drama Critics' Circle Awards will be announced Thursday, May 3, 2018 at approximately 5:30pm. The selections will be made at the organization's 83rd annual voting meeting.

The Dallas Opera is pleased to announce that American baritone Craig Verm will perform the role of Don Giovanni in the three remaining performances of a critically acclaimed production from Lyric Opera of Chicago.  The Charron and Peter Denker Rising Star was originally cast as Masetto in this star-studded international cast. 

The Off-Broadway hit show, The Bench starring Robert Galinsky, directed by Jay O. Sanders, will extend its sold-out run for a third time. In response to popular demand and critical acclaim, Ars Nova 'one of the most adventurous Off-Broadway companies' (New York Times), piece by piece productions and Z Space extends the world premiere of The Lucky Ones until April 28. This 5-time Lucille Lortel award nominated new musical by The Bengsons and Sarah Gancher (Hundred Days) was commissioned and developed by Ars Nova.

Full casting is today announced for the world premiere of Harley Granville Barker's Agnes Colander, edited by Richard Nelson. This newly discovered play will be directed by multi-award winning director Trevor Nunn and runs at the Ustinov Studio from Thursday 15 March to Saturday 14 April, with opening night for press on Wednesday 21 March.
