Multi-talented comedian and actor Rodney Carrington will stay up late to host the biggest celebration of the year and ring in 2012 on AMERICAN COUNTRY NEW YEAR'S EVE LIVE airing Saturday, Dec. 31 (11:00 PM-12:30 AM ET live; CT/MT/PT tape-delayed) on FOX. Carrington, and co-hosts Rick Harrison and Austin 'Chumlee' Russell of 'Pawn Stars,' will help count down to 2012 during the ultimate year-end party featuring some of country's biggest and brightest musical stars.

Sirius XM Radio announced that legendary entertainer Regis Philbin will return as the special guest host of 'Bing Crosby Christmas Radio,' a limited-run holiday channel devoted to classic Bing Crosby radio broadcasts from 1944 -1962 from Crosby's personal vault, brimming with comedy skits and musical performances from celebrity guests, as well as a rare recording of Crosby reciting the iconic poem 'The Night Before Christmas.'

The New York Post reports that ratings for the ABC morning chatfest LIVE! have seen a significant drop since the show's long-time co-host Regis Philbin left the show this past November. Since Philbin's departure, LIVE has reportedly lost 35 percent of its viewers.

Reineke has been heralded by The New York Times as 'young and vigorous, with a playful attitude that has been a pops orchestral tradition since the heyday of Arthur Fiedler...a polished, welcoming host.' John Pizzarelli and Jessica Molaskey, the couple The New York Times called 'a musical match made in heaven,' will perform with the orchestra in a program featuring festive holiday tunes such as 'We Need a Little Christmas', 'It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year', 'Go Tell It On the Mountain', 'Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairy', 'I've Got My Love to Keep Me Warm' and 'Little Bolero Boy'.
