Kimberley Locke, Adam Pascal, Terri White, Logo's A-List Cast Members et al. Will Sing For Pride at One-Night-Only NYC Benefit Recording Artist and American Idol finalist Kimberley Locke, Tony Award nominee Colman Domingo (The Scottsboro Boys) will join Drama Desk Award nominee Terri White (Follies Revival) with a special appearance by Tony Award nominee Adam Pascal (Rent), who will be among the lineup of performers set for Broadway Sings For Pride: The Winter Holiday Concert.

Over fifteen Broadway and National Tour performers will join notable personalities on Monday, June 27, 2011 to celebrate New York City's Gay Pride at The LGBT Center in Manhattan. Broadway Sings for Pride: A Benefit Concert, is being produced by Neal B of NealB.tv and will benefit The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center. Attendees will enjoy the vast array of songs from Lady Gaga to The Beatles, along with a plethora of Broadway hits. Musical performances will feature cast members from The Book of Mormon, Wicked, Jersey Boys, Rent, Wonderland, Mamma Mia, Anything Goes and many more! Jim Lahti will serve as the evening's musical director and Carly Jibson (Broadway's Hairspray and Cry-Baby) will emcee. Musical accompaniment will be provided Jim Lahti on piano, Sean Harkness on acoustic & electric guitar and David Silliman on percussion. Kat Dudina and Mia Grottola, American Sign Language interpreters, will be signing for the hard of hearing and deaf community.

Nhojj, Sylvestor, et al. Win at OUTMusic Awards

The reggae flavored anthem, 'Gay Warrior Song' required 7 years and 2 versions before it felt complete. However all the care and effort paid off at the 7th Annual OUTMusic Awards, when Guyanese singer/songwriter Nhojj won the trophy for OUTStanding R&B/Soul song of the year. It is the first time in the history of the OUTMusic Awards, an African-American artist has had 2 consecutive wins. Last year Nhojj won for his song 'Love' becoming the first Black male to win an OMA, and earning congratulations from BET/Centric's Soul Sessions for being 'a Black history and a gay history first!'

Annual Out Music Awards Set for World AIDS Day on December 1

The LGBT Academy of Recording Arts (LARA) Chairwoman Diedra Meredith announces today that the biggest night in LGBT entertainment will take place on December 1, 2010 on World AIDS Day. The annual OUTmusic Awards will celebrate 20 years of music history in the heart of Times Square at Town Hall NYC (123 West 43rd Street). The OUTmusic Awards celebrates honors and documents the contributions of openly LGBT recording artists and performers in the music industry.

Directed by Donnie Kehr, ROCKERS ON BROADWAY-Dance Party featured some of the hottest dance tunes from Elvis to GaGa, performed by Broadway stars and the Rock stars who made them famous. The concert benefits Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS, Broadway Dreams Foundation, Broadway in South Africa, and The Bendheim Performing Arts Center Scholarship Fund.
