Opening Night is Saturday, May 13, and the show runs through Sunday, June 11, 2017.

Dig this: Asolo Rep will proudly present the world premiere of BEATSVILLE: The Beatnik Musical, a co-production with Seattle's 5th Avenue Theatre. BEATSVILLE has a book by Glenn Slater, a Grammy winner (Disney's Tangled), and Academy Award (Tangled), Emmy (ABC's Galavant), Golden Globe (Tangled) and three-time Tony Award nominee (School of Rock, Sister Act, The Little Mermaid), and the co-creator of Disney's worldwide smash hit Tangled.

Royal Family Production (RFP) will present a benefit workshop presentation of the new musical Brass Heart by RFP associate artistic director Jessica Wu. The musical will be directed by Chris Henry with choreography by Lorna Ventura and will take place on Sunday, April 2nd with a special pre-show cocktail reception ($250, reception begins at 5pm) and Monday, April 3rdat 12:30pm. TIME Magazine's #1 Show of the Year, MATILDA THE MUSICAL, is coming to San Jose as part of Broadway San Jose's 2016-17 season. Produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Dodgers, the first national tour of MATILDA THE MUSICAL will be coming to The Center for the Performing Arts (255 S. Almaden, San Jose) March 7-12, 2017.
