Now in it's 2nd year, Nasty Women Unite Fest, in association with Fractured Atlas, will bring together individuals who identify as women, trans, femmes, or non-binary for their annual art festival in New York City running June 5th - June 8th, 2018. The festival will be held at TheatreLab on June 5th & 6th and Stonestreet Studios on June 7th & 8th in NYC.

New Ohio Theatre has announced that To Keep The Light, Erica Fae's multiple award-winning feature length historical drama, will open the first annual New York Indie Theatre Film Festival, showcasing features, shorts, music videos, and web series created by theatre artists branching out into recorded media. To Keep The Light will screen on January 17, 2017; the festival continues through January 21.

The Archive Residency, a collaboration between New Ohio Theatre and IRT Theater (likeminded neighbors in the historic Archive Building in the West Village), is a unique incubator for New York City's most promising emerging independent theater companies. DOUBLE FALSEHOOD is currently in previews and plays through Saturday,  April 9th, 2016 at The Irondale Center (85 S. Oxford St. Brooklyn, NY 11217). Opening Night is Saturday, March 12th at 7:30 p.m.

Phoenix Theatre Ensemble (PTE) announces that its winter rep will run from January 21 through February 14 with the world premiere of Glyn Maxwell's The Gambler based on the novella by Dostoevsky, and David Greig's dynamic version of Strindberg's Creditors, and a late-night production of Al Pagano's Filibusted, an irreverent view of the current US political mileau. All performances will be at the Wild Project @ 195 East 3rd Street in the East Village.
