In honor of World Suicide Prevention Week, this event features over one hundred young performers from Broadway, TV & Film, singer/songwriters and award-winning dancers.

With PETER PAN wrapped, NBC is bringing back THE SOUND OF MUSIC.

Broadway's 40 theatres aren't the only places to catch performances from your favorite stars! Well after Broadway orchestra's begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. The Von Trapp Children of NBC's Sound of Music Live! will be coming to 54 Below on Dec. 17. The 9:30 PM concert will feature Ariane Rinehart (Liesl), Michael Nigro (Fredrich), Ella Watts (Louisa), Grace Rundhaug (Marta), Peyton Ella (Gretl), and standbys Meg Donnelly, Presley Ryan, Mia Sinclair Jenness. From starring in Justin Timberlake's "Mirrors" music video to Broadway's Les Miserables and more, these young actors are on the rise to stardom. Laura Luc will direct with music direction by Sinai Tabak.

The next Cabaret for a Cause will be held December 8th, 2014.

A developmental reading of The Geranium on the Windowsill Just Died But Teacher You Went Right On, a musical adaptation based on the best-selling book by Albert Cullum, featuring a book and lyrics by Michael Lluberes and music by Jared M. Dembowski, is set for today, October 20th at the Manhattan Movement and Arts Center in New York City.

Tiffany Schleigh just presented CABARET FOR A CAUSE, a one-night-only event to benefit kef productions and their education program, Story Shifters, on Monday night, August 11. Created in 2010, CABARET FOR A CAUSE brings together young performers from Broadway, film, and television to make a difference and change the lives of young people in need.
