Company of Fools, Idaho's award-winning theatre company, will present a reading of GUIDING LIGHT on Thursday, April 18. Sun Valley Center's multidisciplinary project Home Front running now through May 25 explores the ways individuals recover from and communities respond to the realities of war. As a part of this larger conversation Company of Fools offers this exciting free play reading.

UW School of Drama presents Once Upon a Time 6X in The West, based on the musical play The Story of Little Horse. Book and lyrics by Jeffrey Frace with music by Frank Ferrara, Jeffrey Frace, Sari Breznau, Rob Witmer, Spencer Hamp and Christian Frederickson, premiering at the Floyd and Delores Jones Playhouse. Previews begin tonight, April 17, 2013. The production runs through Sunday, April 28, and features the School of Drama's undergraduate program students and guest performers.

To commemorate its sesquicentennial, BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) commissioned BAM150, a feature length documentary conceived by award-winning director Michael Sladek that weaves together the institution's vibrant past, present, and future presenting a rich history that mirrors the evolution of performing arts in 20th century America. This landmark film premiered last year at the Tribeca Film Festival and will air on Friday, April 19 at 10pm on THIRTEEN.

According to Deadline, Molina, the current star of TNT's MONDAY MORNINGS, has entered late negotiations to star opposite Krysten Ritter (DON'T TRUST THE B---- IN APARTMENT 23) in NBC's single-camera comedy pilot ASSISTANCE. TV Land announced today that television comedy legends Carol Burnett and Tim Conway will guest star on 'Hot in Cleveland' in an episode currently scheduled to air in August. Burnett will play Victoria's (Wendie Malick) mother Penny, a local TV legend and puppeteer on a children's program. Conway will make his return to the series as Nick, Elka's (Betty White) ex-boyfriend, but this time around, Nick has his heart set on Penny. Burnett and Conway are the latest in a long line of extraordinary guest stars who have appeared on the sitcom, including Regis Philbin, Mary Tyler Moore, Heather Locklear and many more.

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts presents Franz Kafka's Metamorphosis by Icelandic theater collective Vesturport in collaboration with Lyric Hammersmith (U.K.). Directed and adapted by Gisli Örn Gardarsson and David Farr, the production runs in the Eisenhower Theater from February 20-22 as part of Nordic Cool 2013. Press opening night is February 20, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. The production will be performed in English.
