Off-Broadway's eleven-time Obie Award-winning Soho Rep - which the New York Times calls the 'downtown powerhouse' - will kick off its 2010-2011 season with the much anticipated world-premiere of ORANGE, HAT & GRACE by Gregory S. Moss (punkplay) and directed by Soho Rep Artistic Director Sarah Benson (BLASTED, THAT FACE) with previews beginning September 15 prior to an official press opening of September 23 at Soho Rep (46 Walker Street).

Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company kicks off its 31st season with the 2010 Tony-nominee and Pulitzer Prize-finalist, In the Next Room or the vibrator play, written by Sarah Ruhl, directed by DC-favorite Aaron Posner. The show runs August 23 - September 19; Wednesdays - Saturdays at 8pm, Saturdays and Sundays at 3pm.

Acclaimed director Oskar Eustis returns to the Bay Area with Rinne Groff's latest play, a kaleidoscopic collision of history and culture that combines stellar acting with marvelous marionettes. Compulsion, a world-premiere co-production from Berkeley Rep, The Public Theater, and Yale Repertory Theatre, begins previews on September 13, opens September 16, and closes October 31.

Due to overwhelming demand, Signature Theatre Company (Founding Artistic Director James Houghton; Executive Director Erika Mallin) is pleased to announce a second extension for the first New York revival of Tony Kushner's ANGELS IN AMERICA: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes, directed by Michael Greif. The production, originally slated to run through December 19, 2010 and extended once through January 30, 2011, will now play an additional three weeks through Sunday, February 20, 2011.
