Deafinitely Theatre Adds Extra Date to Tour of SOMETHING ELSE

Deafinitely Theatre today announces an extra date for its adaptation of Kathryn Cave's much loved children's book Something Else. The production will now show at Pegasus Oxford on 2 June, in addition to the previously announced Claremont High School Academy in Brent (school performance), Derby Theatre, a fundraising gala at Wyndham's Theatre (invite only) and the actacentre in Bristol.
Deafinitely Theatre Awarded Arts Council Strategic Touring Grant For 2017 to 2019

Deafinitely Theatre today announces it has been awarded an Arts Council Strategic Touring Grant of £81,008 for the period 2017-2019 allowing it to take two bilingual family productions around the UK, as well as a programme of workshops and deaf awareness training in each of the touring venues.
Deafinitely Theatre to Stage Bilingual GROUNDED at Park Theatre

Deafinitely Theatre is delighted to announce the cast for their production of George Brant's Grounded at Park Theatre (PARK90) 27th October - 21st November, directed by Paula Garfield. Originally a one-woman show, Deafinitely Theatre's production will use two actors to tell the story of Grounded bilingually, combining British Sign Language, visual storytelling, creative captioning and the spoken word on stage. Nadia Nadarajah will play The Pilot and Charmaine Wombwell will be the Voice of the Pilot. Press Night Wednesday 28th October, 7pm.
