Deafinitely Theatre Announce The Launch Of Their New Friends Scheme
Artistic Director of Deafinitely Theatre Paula Garfield today announces the launch of the company's new Friends Scheme. The scheme, backed by patron Joanna Lumley, entails three levels of Membership, ranging from £50-£1000 per year. There are three tiers within the Friends Scheme: Deafinitely Maybe at £50 per year, Deafinitely Could Be at £500 per year, and Deafinitely Will Be at £1000 per year. Possible benefits include acknowledgement on their website, buy-one-get-one-free tickets, visits to the rehearsal room and an exclusive invitation to their Artistic Director's Brunch, and a chance to meet the Artistic Director, Paula Garfield and other members of the team.
Paula Garfield, Artistic Director of Deafinitely Theatre, said "I am thrilled to launch our new Friends scheme today, without the support of our generous followers our vital work would not be possible. Thank you to all our current Friends - and future ones."
Joanna Lumley, a patron of the Friends Scheme today said "When I was invited to become a patron of the superb Deafinitely Theatre I said 'yes' in a heartbeat. With enterprising and ambitious projects, Deafinitely has shown with ease how to entertain both deaf and hearing audiences with no discrimination whatsoever. They need all the support we can give them, both privately and publicly, and should be at the front of the queue for funding, enabling us all to be equal."
