This week, DANCING contestants now have double the chances to end up in a full-body cast; for the first time this season, the competitors performed two separate routines, unguided by stipulations or other frivolous themes. Also, with two performances, come two eliminations tomorrow. The second routines featured past DANCING pros (both in the competition and the troupe), creating trios that were often, well, off.

According to The Huffington Post, Demi Lovato has signed on to be a judge for THE X FACTOR Season 2 on when the show returns to the FOX network this fall.
As first reported in The Hollywood Reporter, Demi Lovato is in final negotiations to appear as the fourth judge on the upcoming season of Fox's THE X FACTOR. The former Disney star would join Britney Spears as a judge on the singing competition.

The Flea will present the World Premiere of three new plays with its NEW PLAY FESTIVAL: The Electric Lighthouse by Ed Hime, The Wundelsteipen (And Other Difficult Roles for Young People) by Nick Jones and A Letter from Omdurman by Jeffrey M. Jones. The Festival's cast will be comprised of The Bats, the resident acting company of The Flea. Previews begin April 20th at The Flea Theater.
Paper Mill Playhouse has just announced that American Idol finalist Syesha Mercado has been cast as Ti Moune in the Millburn, New Jersey, theater's production of Once On This Island (book and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens, music by Stephen Flaherty). More than 20 years after its premiere, Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens are re-inventing their first musical with Tony-nominated director Thomas Kail (In the Heights, Lombardi, Magic/Bird) and choreographer Bradley Rapier (So You Think You Can Dance). Once On This Island begins performances on Wednesday, May 30, 2012, and runs through Sunday, June 24, 2012. Complete casting will be announced at a later date.
