Tony Winner Andrea Martin to Return to Provincetown, 6/28-29

Andrea Martin is a two-time Emmy Award winner for the critically acclaimed sketch comedy series SCTV, and is also a two-time Tony Award winner. She won her second and most recent Tony Award last June of 2013 for her performance as Berthe in the Broadway revival of "Pippin" directed by Diane Paulus and her first award was for the musical 'My Favorite Year.' She is currently starring on Broadway at Lincoln Center in "Act One" by James Lapine opposite Tony Shalhoub. She is also filming a new television sitcom "Working The Engels" written by Katie Ford ("Miss Congeniality," "Desperate Housewives") which is now filming in Toronto. On June 28 and 29, this comic star of stage and screen returns to Broadway@ The Art House for the first time since its inaugural season in 2011. Last week was a pretty great one on the Barricuda. We survived another snow storm (Why, oh why, oh why-o? Why did I ever leave Southern California...) and luckily New York did not stand us up. We had a great audience who trekked out into the grossness to laugh at us. Even pianist and late night sidekick extraordinaire, Paul Shaffer, endured the Polar Vortex. Fun Fact! He played on the original track for Barry Manilow's 'Daybreak' which happens to be our closing number. Full circle.

Donna Vivino Celebrates BEAUTIFUL DREAMER Release with Show at 54 Below Tonight

Donna Vivino, the rising Broadway and vocal star, will celebrate the release of Beautiful Dreamer - her debut solo album from Ghostlight Records - with a special performance at 54 Below tonight, January 23 at 9:30 PM. The veteran of Broadway's 'Wicked' and 'Les Miserables,' Vivino will reprise her solo concert 'It's Not Easy Being Green' with special numbers from the new recording.

She will be joined by Musical Director Ken Levinsky on piano and Jeff Ganz on bass. The album was released in stores and via online outlets December 10, 2013.

Hasty Pudding Club Moves to New Home in Harvard Square

The Hasty Pudding Institute of 1770 has announced the relocation of The Hasty Pudding Clubhouse to the historic Hyde-Taylor House in Harvard Square located at 96 Winthrop Street, Cambridge, MA. The Pudding will make its official move at the end of this month with a celebratory unveiling in January 2014. The inauguration of the new Clubhouse will take place after the holiday break - just in time to host part of the traditional and renowned Woman of the Year award festivities on January 30th.

Last night, 92Y celebrated songwriting legend Mike Stoller on the occasion of his 80th year with An 80th Birthday Celebration, a one-night-only Lyrics & Lyricists Special Event hosted by Paul Shaffer and directed and written by Randy Johnson (director/writer of A Night withJanis Joplin). Performers included: legendary vocal group The Coasters, along with artists Karen Akers,Mary Bridget Davies, Corky Hale, Maria Elena Infantino,Sally Kellerman, Bettye Lavette, Melissa Manchester, Billy Stritch, Tommy Tune and Steve Tyrell. Backed by Tyrell's band, the artists performed some of the greatest songs written by Stoller with his longtime lyricist partner Jerry Leiber and others. LA SOIREE's English Gents Perform on LATE SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN

LA SOIREE, the new hit at New York's Union Square Theatre, is officially something. Last night on "The Late Show with David Letterman," LA SOIREE's jaw dropping English Gents appeared in an "Is This Anything?" segment and were deemed "magnificent" by Paul Shaffer, "stupendous" by Martha Stewart and "tremendous" by Dave, who definitively stated, "Absolutely, that was anything." The triumphant appearance was capped off by a "selfie" with Martha Stewart, which was used as the closing image on the broadcast.

Leiber will be the subject of a special tribute during the evening. Stoller is planning to be in attendance for the celebration.
