The madcap antics behind a script overhaul that led to the iconic film 'Gone With The Wind' unravel as comedic farce in the first of at least two productions Connecticut Playmakers is offering for its 68th year of Broadway-style theater in Greenwich. The play is called 'Moonlight and Magnolias' and is to be staged under Dan Friedman's direction at the First Congregational Church (108 Sound Beach Ave.) in Greenwich March 20-22 and March 27-28.

The Official Blues Brothers Revue, produced by Dan Aykroyd and Judith Belushi with Musical Director Paul Shaffer, brings back the live concert extravaganza that was the Blues Brothers. With the humor and set list from the original film and albums, this event will honor Chicago's history of blues, soul and gospel in the true spirit of the original Blues Brothers, starring Wayne Catania as Jake and Kieron Lafferty as Elwood.

Love told Billboard: 'This would be my 28th year in a row. They never told me not to, but it was an unspoken thing. They couldn't ask me not to sing 'Christmas (Baby)' on another show, but after 10 years, then 15 years, of doing this one song on this one show, I felt I had an obligation to be true to them.'
