STAGE TUBE: ROCK OF AGES Cast Spoofs 'Shawshank Redemption'

The music that ignited a generation is heating up Broadway in ROCK OF AGES. The classic rock love story of the decade erupts into Broadway's Best Party, all to the sounds of such feel-good, sing-out-loud songs as 'Every Rose Has Its Thorn', 'I Wanna Know What Love Is', 'Here I Go Again', 'Don't Stop Believin' and more. In the video below, the cast spoofs 'THe shawshank Redemtion' in a short film directed by Mitchell Jarvis and written by Tony LePage and Mitchell Jarvis. Click below to check it out!

Patrick Page, Lauren Kennedy & More Set for THE BROADWAY HOOTENANNY Weekly Revue at Feinstein's

FEINSTEIN'S AT LOEWS REGENCY, the nightclub proclaimed 'Best of New York' by New York Magazine and 'an invaluable New York institution' by The New York Post, will continue its Fall 2011 season with "THE BROADWAY HOOTENANNY," a new weekly show produced, created and hosted by Scott Siegel. Jesse Kissel serves as Musical Director. The show runs on Thursday nights at 11:00 PM (except for the first Thursday of the month) starting on December 8 at the Loews Regency Hotel (540 Park Avenue at 61st Street).

Emily Padgett Re-Joins Broadway's ROCK OF AGES as Sherrie, 11/7

Producers of the five-time Tony Award nominated hit musical, ROCK OF AGES announced today that Emily Padgett - who rocked out as 'Sherrie' in during the show's run at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre - will return to take over the lead role on Monday, November 7, 2011. Rebecca Faulkenberry, who has performed the role of 'Sherrie' since ROCK OF AGES moved to the Helen Hayes Theatre on March 24, 2011, will play her final performance on Sunday, November 6.

WST's 203 Season Opens With ASPECTS OF LOVE 9/14

Walnut Street Theatre began its landmark 203rd season with Andrew Lloyd Webber's ASPECTS OF LOVE. Directed by award-winning Director Bruce Lumpkin, this all-new production filled with passion, love and loss closes October 23rd on the WST Mainstage.

Directed by Adam Shankman, the film stars Tom Cruise as 'Stacee Jaxx,' Diego Boneta as 'Drew,' Julianne Hough as 'Sherrie,' Russell Brand as 'Lonny,' Alec Baldwin as 'Dennis,' Mary J. Blige as 'Justice,' Brian Cranston as the Mayor, Malin Ackerman as 'Constance Sack,' Catherine Zeta-Jones as the wife of the Mayor and Paul Giamatti as 'Paul Gill.'

ROCK OF AGES Launches 'Tequila Tuesdays' an 'Summer Fun Fridays'

The five-time Tony Award nominated musical played its final performance at The Brooks Atkinson Theatre on Sunday, January 9, 2011. The production moved houses to make way for RAIN, which had to vacate it's home at the Neil Simon Theatre to accommodate Catch Me If You Can.
