Theatre Under the Stars (TUTS) is kicking off 2014 with the multi-award-winning musical WE WILL ROCK YOU. Featuring twenty-four hits from the iconic music group Queen, this musical is sure to be one rocking evening of musical theatre! WE WILL ROCK YOU is a dystopian show that takes place in a future age. In a place and time where individuality is off-limits and where music is forbidden, the musical follows a band of rebel Bohemians that are striving to bring the power of rock and roll back to the people. Playing the female lead, Scaramouche, Ruby Lewis took time out of her busy schedule to let us know what Houston audiences can expect from this production of WE WILL ROCK YOU.

Broadway's new musical BIG FISH will play its final performance on Sunday, December 29, 2013. New York City Ballet opened its annual season of George Balanchine's The Nutcracker, on Friday, November 29 at 8 p.m. at the David H. Koch Theater at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Queen and Ben Elton's WE WILL ROCK YOU, the worldwide smash-hit 'rock theatrical' built around 24 of Queen's biggest hits, makes its anticipated South Florida premiere at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County from December 10-15, 2013.

Currently, the latest national tour of CHICAGO is giving Houston audiences that old razzle dazzle at The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts.

Penobscot Theatre Company is pleased to announce its fourth annual Weekend in New York City, March 21-23, 2014. As it begins the fourth year of its national tour, Blue Man Group is honored and thrilled to celebrate its 1,000th performance tonight, October 25, 2013, in Duluth, MN. The upcoming year of the tour includes a number of first-time visits, as well as repeat visits. It will play more than 50 markets across the country and in Canada. The national tour opened on September 14, 2010, in Dallas, TX. Blue Man Group also maintains resident productions in Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas, New York, and Orlando.
