Pioneer Theatre Company presents the regional premiere of The Last Ship, the semi-autobiographical lyrical musical by the world-renowned musician Sting. Sting wrote the music and lyrics; the book was written by the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning writers John Logan and Brian Yorkey. The musical will run from September 16 - October 1, 2016. Not all the characters made it out alive in last season's hilarious Broadway musical comedy DISASTER!, but you knew that the disco queen cruise ship entertainer played by Rachel York would somehow survive because, well, she sang Gloria Gaynor's 1978 hit 'I Will Survive.'

Tonight's telecast of the Democratic National Convention will include a performance by dozens from Broadway.

Proceeds from the love anthem will benefit the LGBT Center of Central Florida.

For each share or challenge, Stagedoor will donate $10 to the GLBT Center of Central Florida, up to $5,000, because love is love is love.

Disaster! producers Robert Ahrens and Hunter Arnold and Broadway Records President Van Dean today announced the release of 'Never Can Say Goodbye,' the first single from the forthcoming Original Broadway Cast Recording (out Friday, September 9, 2016), available for digital download on the label's website at BroadwayRecords.com. The classic 70's single is performed by 2016 Tony Award nominee Jennifer Simard of the critically-acclaimed new musical comedy.
