The Berkshire Theatre Festival has announced the cast for its production of Jason Robert Brown's THE LAST FIVE YEARS, which will play from June 22 to July 10. The production, which will be directed by Anders Cato, will star Julie Reiber as Cathy and Paul Anthony Stewart as Jamie.
Julie Reiber and Paul Anthony Stewart will be kicking off the 2010 Main Stage season in The Last Five Years. Written and composed by Jason Robert Brown and directed by Anders Cato, this musical tells the story of the relationship of Jamie and Cathy in a unique way: Cathy starts the show at the end of the relationship and moves back through to the start, whereas Jamie begins at the couple's first meeting and moves forward through time. This unique and touching musical features incredible music and an intimate look at two people seeking nothing more than love.

Emmy-nominated Paul Anthony Stewart stars as Raskolnikov in a gripping 90-minute adaptation of Dostoevsky's Crime and Punishment at The Cleveland Play House. In addition to numerous New York and regional theatre roles, Stewart, who was nominated for his recurring role on 'Guiding Light,' recently appeared on Broadway in the revivals of Fiddler on the Roof and Cyrano - The Musical. Performed with only three actors, the adaptation of Crime and Punishment by Marilyn Campbell and Cut Columbus is being helmed by the acclaimed director of the 2005 Play House production of I Am My Own Wife, Anders Cato. Crime and Punishment begins in the Drury Theatre at The Cleveland Play House on Friday, February 27 and runs through Sunday, March 22, 2009.
