Yesterday, June 1, Marina Abramovic closed her 'The Artist is Present' exhibit at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. A closing celebration, hosted by fashion house Givenchy at the MoMA drew a crowd of some of New York and entertainment's finest, including Alan Rickman, Liv Tyler, Christina Ricci, and Ciara. The New Museum will present 'Brion Gysin: Dream Machine,' the first US retrospective of the work of the painter, performer, poet, and writer Brion Gysin (born 1916, Taplow, UK - died 1986, Paris).

Written by Jennifer Gibbs and directed by Kristin Marting, this production runs Wednesday, February 17- Saturday, March 13 at HERE Arts Center. Official Opening Night is set for Saturday, February 20 at 8:30 PM.
