Double Dragon Publishing Announces November Releases

Return titles by veteran DDP authors, a new entry in a series, and a new author are included in Double Dragon Publishing's title list for November. "Journey of One" by Teel James Glenn "Seaweed Ribbons" by Francene Stanley "City of the Long Night" by Gerard Mulligan "Westchester Station: The Pursuit by Patrick Welch" Teel James Glenn, author of Journey of One, is a man of many talents and skills. For 30+ years, he was an actor, stuntman, and fight choreographer in Hollywood. As a writer, he won the 2012 Pulp Ark award for Best Author. He currently has over two dozen novels and anthologies in print. He also was an EPIC finalist in 2009. Journey of One is his first novel published through Double Dragon publishing. Francene Stanley's "Seaweed Ribbons" is the fifth entry in her current fantasy series The Higher Ground. She has also co-authored several novels with Edith Parzefall. "Winchester Station: The Pursuit," is the third volume in the Winchester saga and occurs the years after the last novel. Patrick Welch has expanded on the first two, novels with new characters and adventures. "City of the Long Night" by Gerard Mulligan is a science fiction thriller set in a dystopian future where a dysfunctional family fights against itself for control. Double Dragon publishing has over 1200 titles in its library, offering science fiction, fantasy, horror, and mystery in print and electronic media.

Tennessee Williams Literary Festival Announces Upcoming Events

Start the long weekend off early on Wednesday, March 24 at 7 p.m. with our Cocktails and Cinema event. New Orleans' best bartenders will have a mix-off contest to create cocktails inspired by Tennessee Williams. The judge? Saints player (the first time we've had one at the Festival!) Deuce McAllister! The contest will be followed by a screening of A Streetcar Named Desire at 8 p.m. Tickets are only $5 each and are available both online and at the door.
