As previously reported by BroadwayWorld, Broadway Takes Charge, a benefit concert directed by Trapper Felides, took over Le Poisson Rouge on April 16. The event was produced by Antonio R. Marion & Paul Burchette, with a portion of the proceeds going toward The Trevor Project. The event featured the stars of tomorrow, and the stars of today uniting together in a stand against bullying.
BILLY ELLIOT played its final performance on Broadway on Sunday, January 8, 2012 after three wonderful years. Erlick, a native of Burlington, Ontario, started his journey as one of the original ‘Billys' in the Toronto production of Billy Elliot. He will be the fifteenth ‘Billy' to perform on Broadway. Broderick has previously played the role of ‘Michael' in both the Chicago and Toronto productions of Billy Elliot.
